Remote HR Tech Leader - Data Platform & Analytics

Humana

Humana seeks an Associate Director for Human Resources Technology to lead our HRIT roadmap and deliver a modern, data-driven associate experience. You will shape technology strategy, oversee Workday and related platforms, and partner with HR leadership to drive automation and analytics.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in HR tech, strong data governance, Anaplan experience, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across a global HR landscape.
