Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Family Care Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead interactive group sessions where clients can share experiences, learn from one another, and foster a sense of community and support.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized and empathetic counseling to assist clients in exploring their thoughts and feelings, helping them develop effective coping strategies.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized, actionable, and measurable treatment plans that address unique needs and preferences.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that care remains effective and relevant.

• Collaboration: Engage regularly with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care and consulting on complex cases to optimize therapeutic outcomes for clients.

Experience in PHP (Partial Hospitalization Programs) and familiarity with electronic health record systems will enhance your application.
