Night Shift MachinistLegacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Night Shift Machinist role in Cincinnati, OH. With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.Pay: $28–$34 per hour DOEKey Responsibilities:· Set up, operate, and monitor CNC and/or manual machining equipment to produce precision components according to specifications.· Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and machining instructions.· Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for machining operations.· Make necessary machine adjustments, including speeds, feeds, tool offsets, and other machining parameters.· Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools to verify finished parts meet specifications.· Monitor machining operations to identify equipment issues, tooling wear, or out-of-tolerance conditions.· Perform in-process inspections and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy.· Maintain accurate production, inspection, and machining documentation.· Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.· Promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.Qualifications:· Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, Manual Machinist, or similar precision machining role.· Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and machining specifications.· Experience setting up and operating machining equipment independently.· Proficiency with precision measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers.· Understanding of machining fundamentals, including speeds, feeds, tooling, offsets, and tolerances.· Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to producing quality work.· Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments during production.· Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a manufacturing team.· Ability to work night shift on a consistent basis.What We Offer:· Competitive hourly wage of $28–$34 per hour DOE.· Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.· Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.· A supportive and inclusive workplace culture.· The chance to contribute to a company that values quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.At Legacy Talent Search, we are more than just a staffing agency.
