Operations Administrator

This Full-Time Operations role is a Tuesday to Saturday shift from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Processor/Admin position description/responsibilities Support Terminal Supervisor with coordinating day-to-day operational processes, including reporting to Senior Management on operations. Administrative tasks including Phone, email communication, reporting, and documentation Act as a key point of contact for internal customer service and customers, resolving issues and ensuring high service standards Provide dispatch support (Geotab), assisting drivers with routing, misdirects, and on-road issues Review and document driver feedback, identifying and helping resolve delivery and equipment issues Process and track exceptions including A&I, OS&D, dock checks, and yard reports Prepare shipping labels and required documentation using various shipping systems including UPS, USPS, Logilfow and our own proprietary system. Coordinate with third-party carriers regarding pickups and shipment details Track and manage returns, including totes, skids, ropaks, and misdirected freight Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards (PPE), and participate in EH&S initiatives and promote a safe work environment Verify freight and complete inventory checks during loading and unloading Monitor and maintain office and operational supplies Track driver equipment (phones, keys, fuel cards) and follow up on discrepancies Support additional tasks and projects as assigned including other warehouse duties/ projects as assigned by management, Including audit warehouse processes, loading, cross-docking, processing and labeling Requirements HS Diploma and Equivalent Microsoft office / Suite: Word, Excel, power point, One Drive & Outlook. Must be flexible and able to work required overtime when needed Timely and efficiently completion of tasks and responsibilities Excellent attendance history/record Promotes teamwork and cooperative efforts Must be able to perform basic arithmetical calculations including addition, subtractions, division and multiplication Must be able to interact well with others Must be capable of working under tight constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
