At Porsche Consulting, this role is designed for consultants with 4–6 years of strategy consulting experience who want to move beyond analysis, gain direct exposure to C-level decision-making, and help shape the strategic direction of organizations.

What you’ll do

• Work on both national and international projects, often collaborating with colleagues and clients across different countries and industries
• Work directly with C-level executives and senior decision-makers on critical strategic topics
• Own workstreams end-to-end: from problem structuring to decision and execution
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable strategic decisions
• Integrate advanced analytics and AI into strategic problem solving, identifying where they create real value for clients
• Develop corporate strategies and business models, identifying growth opportunities and defining long-term competitive advantage
• Shape digital transformation initiatives in a business-led context, including strategy definition, operating models, and scalable solutions
• Turn strategic directions into pragmatic implementation plans, ensuring alignment across organization, processes, and capabilities
• Drive organizational transformation, designing structures, governance, and capabilities that enable performance and agility
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to team development and mentoring

What we look for

• 4–6 years of experience in top-tier strategy with full ownership of workstreams and direct exposure to clients
• Proven ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems and drive them to clear, decision-ready outcomes
• Comfort working with and challenging senior stakeholders, with a focus on driving alignment and action
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability — you take responsibility not only for the analysis, but also for the quality and impact of the outcome
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a natural inclination to take initiative
• Strong team orientation, combined with flexibility in dynamic environments
• Advanced use of digital tools, including AI and agent-based solutions, integrated into day-to-day problem solving

Education & languages

• Outstanding academic background in Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent
• An MBA or PhD is strongly preferred
• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages

Additional information

This role requires full willingness to travel, with approximately 80% of time spent on client sites
