On-Site Supervisor

Job Title: On-Site Supervisor Location: Chicago, IL Pay Range: $26.18/hr Shift: 3rd / Sat-Sun 8:30AM - 6:00PM and Tues,Wed,Thurs or Mon/Tues/Wed 11:00PM - 6:30AM NO FRIDAYS* What's the Job? Supervise daily operations of assigned workgroups and segments of the remittance process. Lead a team of full-time and part-time front-line staff, ensuring productivity and quality benchmarks are met. Manage and strengthen customer relationships using service improvement tools and techniques. Address and resolve production or quality issues; elevate process delays or breakdowns as needed. Support, guide, and develop Team Leaders and operations staff through coaching and mentorship. What's Needed? Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or leadership experience preferred Proven success in employee training, coaching, and engagement. Excellent time management and organizational skills in deadline‑driven environments. Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and interact with diverse groups.
