Austin Corporate Associate

We welcome applicants with 4-6 years of experience in any one or more the following areas: venture financings; private equity; representing private companies in general corporate matters; and private company mergers and acquisitions. We value highly skilled communicators who work well as a team and have strong academics. Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $310,000 – $390,000, based on year classification. Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
