Take responsibility for finance, strategy and organization – actively shape the future of Münstermann. As Commercial Director (m/f/d) You will bear overall responsibility for the finance and accounting as well as the commercial management of our company. In this key position, you will manage the commercial processes with strategic foresight, ensure efficient organization, and support the management as a reliable partner in financial and economic matters. Finance and Accounting Responsibility for accounting and financial accounting Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB). Control and monitoring of liquidity planning and payment transactions Supporting management in financial and strategic decisions contracts Management and further development of the company's contract landscape Review, negotiation and coordination of customer, supplier, rental, leasing, service and framework agreements Ensuring compliance with legal and economic framework conditions Collaboration with external partners, e.g. lawyers and insurance companies Commercial analysis and corporate management Creation and evaluation of commercial analyses and reports Derivation of recommendations for action to improve economic efficiency Participation in investment decisions and strategic projects Identification and implementation of optimization and restructuring measures Process and organizational development Analysis and further development of commercial processes and structures Initiation and implementation of process improvements in administration and finance Close collaboration with the controlling, human resources and purchasing departments External communication and interface management Contact persons for banks, tax advisors, auditors and authorities Representation of commercial topics to internal and external stakeholders Your profile Successfully completed business administration studies or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in a senior commercial position, ideally in an industrial environment Solid knowledge of finance and accounting as well as contract management Analytical thinking skills and a strong understanding of business relationships Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as strategic thinking.
