Caseload & Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students and early childhood learners
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
• Maintain compliance with IEP documentation and service requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success through evidence-based interventions
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication needs

QualificationsRequired

• Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• Active New Jersey Department of Education (NJ DOE) Certification
• Eligibility to work in school-based settings in New Jersey
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Preferred

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience
• Experience working with elementary and early childhood populations
• Familiarity with IEP processes and multidisciplinary teams
