Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, developing customized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists and social workers—to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with both ethical standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
