• Compensation: $83,700 -$108,400/ yearly (Based on years of experience) +Benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative outpatient orthopedic team in Laramie, WY. New graduates are welcome to apply and will receive structured mentorship, clinical support, and professional development opportunities.

Our modern clinic features a large therapy gym, outdoor space, and a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, wound specialists, vertigo specialists, athletic trainers, and physicians.

-> Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and related conditions .
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary therapy professionals.
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and billing.
• Educate patients and the community about therapy services.
• Participate in clinic development, mentorship, and professional growth initiatives.

-> Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (PT).
• Current Wyoming PT license or eligibility .
• BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and patient-centered care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Wound care experience preferred, but not required.
