About the Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient orthopedic team in Laramie, Wyoming. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive structured mentorship, clinical support, and professional development opportunities.
The modern clinic features a large therapy gym, outdoor space, and a multidisciplinary team that includes occupational therapists, wound care specialists, vertigo specialists, athletic trainers, and physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and related conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other therapy professionals.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and billing.
- Educate patients and the community about physical therapy services.
- Participate in clinic development, mentorship, and professional growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Active Wyoming PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient-focused approach to care.
- Wound care experience preferred but not required.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
