Full-Cycle Litigation – Handle matters from discovery through depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations and trial preparation. Meaningful Case Ownership – Manage complex litigation while working closely with experienced litigators and dedicated briefing support. Complex Class Actions – Represent employees in high-value class, collective and representative actions against major employers. The Role Manage plaintiff-side Wage & Hour litigation from inception through resolution. Handle class and collective actions under the FLSA and related state laws. Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal briefs. Lead discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations. Support trial and arbitration preparation while collaborating with partners on litigation strategy. About You 5–10 years' litigation experience. Experience handling complex litigation, class actions or collective actions. Strong motion practice, legal writing and courtroom advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage an active litigation docket. Plaintiff-side Wage & Hour or Employment Litigation experience is highly regarded but not essential. Location Houston, Texas. Primarily office-based, with future hybrid flexibility potentially available following an initial onboarding period. Package Base salary up to $225,000 DOE.
