HR Analyst - Private Equity - NYC

Our client, a prominent and established alternative investment firm based in Midtown Manhattan, is looking to hire an HR Analyst to join their team. The HR Analyst provides general administrative support including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. This role works directly with the HR Business Partner and assists with the facilitation of all human resource processes globally. Job Description: Assist in maintaining and coordinating all aspects related to the full employee life cycle at the firm, including on- boarding, offboarding, talent management, learning and development, and leaves. Responsible for data entry and processing employee transactions in HRIS. Run and compile reports and track key HR metrics. Provide general personnel administration, including setting up and maintaining employee records and file and general administrative support to department, including filing, copying, and scanning documents. Assist with full cycle recruitment process, including liaison with search firms, coordination and scheduling of interviews, reference, and background checking of candidates. Assist with end to end consultant processes including, partnering with Legal to review contracts, onboarding, tracking contract expirations and termination.
