Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate

Overview The practice represents premier local and national employers. The role involves taking on a significant part in all aspects of labor and employment law. Daily responsibilities include performing legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery-related activities and investigations, preparing position statements and dispositive motions, and counseling clients on employment law matters. The position requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel. Candidates must possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, along with an ability to relate to and inspire confidence with sophisticated business clients.
