US Sales / BizDev Manager (Southeast Region)

Sales & Business Development Manager – Southeast U.S. Location: Southeast U.S. (Remote/Hybrid) | Reports to: Sales Director Company Overview AIIR Holdings delivers AI-powered HVAC solutions for hospitality environments, improving energy efficiency, guest comfort, and construction timelines for hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments. Role Summary Drive regional revenue growth by securing early-stage project influence and specification wins across hospitality construction, renovation, and conversion projects, while expanding channel partnerships and adjacent markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned to growth targets Build and manage a strong pipeline (5x quota) across hotel development and renovations Influence HVAC specifications during design and pre-construction phases Build relationships with developers, owners, brands, and design teams Develop and manage rep and distribution partner network Drive expansion into modular, multifamily, student and senior housing markets Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM pipeline management Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations Manage key accounts and ensure successful project execution Qualifications 5+ years B2B sales or business development experience Experience in hospitality, HVAC, construction, or related markets Proven success in consultative selling and closing new business Experience influencing project specifications Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsCRM and pipeline management expertise Preferred Hospitality industry relationships in Southeast U.S. Experience with PIPs, renovations, or hotel brands Exposure to modular or multifamily construction Located close to major airport/hub Additional Information Travel: 50–70% | Compensation: Base ($125k-150k) + Commission (Uncapped) + Benefits AIIR Products is an equal opportunity employer.
