A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Specialist. Key Responsibilities Locate and contact donors using various tools and methods, including internet searches and social media Educate and engage donors about the donation process, addressing any misconceptions or barriers Conduct health screenings and coordinate blood draws while maintaining compliance with operational standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human services or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience Three or more years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction in a clinical setting Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry skills Advanced internet research skills and familiarity with social media Ability to manage confidential information and demonstrate strong documentation practices
