As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA), you will complete Long Term Care insurance assessments. These assessments are hands-off and require you to obtain claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluate the claimant’s functional level of independence. Responsibilities Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments, including gathering claimant demographics, physician info, and medication lists. Evaluate the claimant’s functional independence and safety at home. Demonstrate good clinical reasoning and judgment, especially regarding ADL performance and cognition. Be comfortable with point-of-care technology during assessments. Education and Experience Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice. At least 2 years of home health or equivalent nursing experience serving older adults. Willing to obtain professional liability insurance if not already held. Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
