Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect individual needs and goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions, including individual counseling and, when applicable, family, marriage, or group therapy, utilizing your specific areas of expertise.

• Administer mental health screenings and assessments, evaluating treatment requirements and monitoring progress throughout the therapy process.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans in compliance with federal and state regulations to ensure quality care and accountability.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a coordinated approach to your patients' mental health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide care to a diverse array of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more complex co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health field, such as Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually .
