Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques that promote mental well-being.

• Monitor client progress continuously and adjust treatment plans based on observational outcomes and client feedback.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure an integrated approach to care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to refine and enhance therapy strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case reviews and participate in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs while combating stigma surrounding mental health challenges.

The focus of this role will be primarily on clients facing challenges related to family dynamics, divorce, and interpersonal relationships. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
