The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the property, as well as the hiring and development of their team. This position will oversee a luxury residential community of 138 units. This opportunity is perfect for an Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their career.Essential Functions:Motivate and hold accountable a team of employees including leasing and maintenance staffEnsure that all prospects, residents and family members have positive interactions with team membersMaintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premisesResponsible for the oversight and execution of building operationsOversee budgeted financial expectations including rent collections, occupancy expectations, and expense guidelinesContracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security depositEnforces occupancy policies and proceduresPrepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.Responsible for the hiring of team members, and providing continuous learning and development of their teamOperating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties.
