Job Overview A law firm seeks a Banking & Finance Associate with three to seven years of experience to join their practice in Boston, MA. The role involves representing lenders and borrowers in various debt financings, including private credit transactions, receivables financings, and syndicated credit facilities. Duties Represent clients in domestic and international debt financings. Engage in private credit and structured credit transactions. Handle distressed financings and growth capital financings. Requirements Three to seven years of relevant law firm experience. Highly motivated with superior client service skills. Member of the Bar in a U.S. State. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Bar membership in a U.S. State. Skills Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
