Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the individual needs of each client.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to implement effective interventions aimed at enhancing clients' coping strategies and emotional regulation.

• Document clinical records meticulously while adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all client interactions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social aspects of recovery.

• Engage in continuous professional development through regular participation in case discussions, peer reviews, and staying updated on evolving best practices within the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
