Account Executive

As an Account Executive at Ease.io, you’ll own the full sales cycle for enterprise manufacturing prospects, from first conversation to signed contract. You’re the first face these organizations see, and the impression you leave sets the tone for everything that follows. You’ll build relationships across the org, from the plant floor to the C‑suite, and you’ll understand the difference between the two audiences well enough to speak to both without changing your conviction. In this role, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to move qualified deals forward and hand off new customers in a way that sets them up to win. If you’re a hunter who also knows how to build trust, asks better questions than you give answers, and measures success by the deals that actually close: this one is for you. Position Location: Hybrid (Irvine, CA) Annual Salary: $200k+ OTE What You'll Do: Prospect, qualify, and engage enterprise-level manufacturing organizations. You’re not waiting for leads to come to you. You know your ICP, you know where to find them, and you know how to earn the first conversation. Build and manage a qualified pipeline. The majority of it will be self-sourced. Quality over volume. Know what’s real and what’s wishful, and have the discipline to tell the difference. A clean pipeline is a credible pipeline. Run discovery that goes deeper than features and functions. Understand what a quality or safety problem actually costs the people in the room. Not just the business on paper, but the plant manager who’s been dealing with it for two years. Deliver compelling product demonstrations that are tailored, not templated. The demo should feel like it was built for that customer, because it was. Show them their world in the product, not a generic walkthrough. Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to move deals forward and hand off new customers in a way that sets them up for long-term success. The close isn’t the finish line. It’s the starting line. Stay sharp on the manufacturing landscape: the pressures, the priorities, and the language of the people you’re selling to. The best reps in this space earn credibility on the plant floor, not just in the boardroom. Own the full sales cycle. Prospecting through close. Negotiate with confidence, manage multiple stakeholders across the org, and drive deals to a decision, in either direction. Knowing when to walk away is part of the job. Required Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years of experience in a closing role, with a track record of winning new business in enterprise-level accounts. You know what it takes to move a complex deal and you’ve done it more than once. Strong communication skills, but more importantly, strong listening skills. You ask the right questions and know how to create space for the prospect to arrive at the answer themselves. Competitive and accountable, without needing external pressure to stay on track. You set your own standard, and it’s a high one. You also know when to walk away from the wrong deal and redirect your energy. A consultative approach to discovery. You understand that the personal cost of a problem is just as important as the business case. You know how to find both, and you know how to connect them to the people making the decision. Genuine curiosity about the manufacturing sector. You don’t need to be an industry veteran, but you need to be the kind of person who wants to understand how things are made, where the problems live, and what keeps a plant manager up at night. Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long cycles. You know how to keep momentum without pushing. You build relationships across the org, not just with the person who signs the paper. Proficiency with Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
