Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and social needs to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy sessions through our secure online platform, utilizing video calls, chat, and other digital communication tools.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring minimal time spent on paperwork.

• Collaborate effectively with other health professionals, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.

• Engage in continuous professional development by accessing a library of therapy tools and resources at your disposal.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Clients are pre-screened to ensure they are stable and of low acuity, which allows you to focus your expertise on effective treatment rather than crisis intervention.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is mandatory.

• No prior disciplinary actions on your license should exist.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues.

• Ability to work independently and creatively, managing your schedule and caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually , commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 provided you see your first client within two weeks of onboarding. Benefits include:
