Manager, Marketing This role requires comprehensive communication and coordination both internally and externally in order to keep projects moving forward while maintaining the overall message and brand. This is a unique opportunity to influence how music reaches listeners around the world. What you'll do: Ownership and oversight for an assigned roster of artists including managing album and song releases, maintenance of campaign timelines and an always on partner to the artist Initiate well‑thought‑out marketing plans with a focus on innovative and disruptive ideas and campaigns Participate in creative planning to create big marketing ideas and ensure a continuous flow of content surrounding each artist Responsibility to set up and maintain project timelines including key dates/deadlines and work across all company departments to keep delivery on track Work closely with Digital team for direct involvement in Digital strategy & execution across viral & fan engagement tactics Participate in creation of social and content‑based storytelling assets Collaborate closely with Commerce team to formulate and implement strategies that drive consumption with a focus on lean forward activity and direct‑to‑consumer sales Create weekly marketing reports and communicate updates to brief teams on all release information and ensure results are communicated efficiently Work closely with artists and management, in partnership with Epic Records Marketing leadership, for campaign updates and communicate goals and plans for each release. Partner with artists, managers, and all departments to create, maintain, and evolve artist brands. Manage the creation and distribution of marketing tools. The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
