Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, enabling our therapists to craft a personalized workspace that facilitates their highest level of productivity. Operating from an outpatient setting, our team collaborates closely with one another and the clients they serve. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing our clinicians to maintain a work-life balance while being available for clients when they need support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain active case management responsibilities for a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, employing evidence-based practices and creative interventions to drive client progress.

• Provide exemplary customer service by being responsive, approachable, and supportive to clients, ensuring their comfort and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and timely, completing treatment plan reviews and clinical case notes that align with the company’s standards and policies.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, engaging with case managers, families, medical personnel, and school staff as appropriate to facilitate comprehensive client care.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to reach clients and maintain therapeutic relationships, particularly beneficial for those with mobility or transportation challenges.
