Job Description: Medical Front Desk Receptionist Location: Port Jefferson, NY Hours: 4/10 Hour Shifts; Mon-Wed, & Fri RDO Thu (Between 7:30am-6:00pm) Organization: New York Cancer and Blood Specialists (NYCBS) In This Role, You Will:

- Manage daily opening and closing procedures of the office
- Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphere
- Assist with scheduling, appointment reminders, and co-pay collections
- Build and maintain patient records in the EMR system
- Assist with quality assurance surveys and prevention screenings
- Protect patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
- Salary: Starting at $22/hr
