Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Assistant to report to the HR Manager. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions.
Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities include:
- Background checks
- Orientation, onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Milestone and exit interviews
- Employee anniversary recognition programs
- Event planning and execution
- Vehicle fleet management
- Workers compensation and safety program management
- Training assignment and management
- Employment verification
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, equivalent experience or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication and note taking
- Ability to work and serve within a team environment
- Problem solving resolutions management
- Computer and Microsoft product usage
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting and standing
- Ability to travel as needed
