• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus
• Familiarity with instructional and behavioral strategies preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with instructional activities and tasks
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students
• Help manage classroom behavior and reinforce positive behavior strategies
• Assist with preparation of learning materials, assignments, and activities
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all students
• Monitor student progress and document observations
• Collaborate closely with staff and participate in school-wide functions as needed
