This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal partners while providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. Because this position regularly assists Spanish-speaking customers, **fluency in both English and Spanish is required**. Creative Risk Solutions (CRS), a proud line of business under the Holmes Murphy umbrella, is a leading Third-Party Administrator (TPA) specializing in innovative claims management solutions. At CRS, we believe in doing things differently—empowering our team to deliver exceptional service, embrace creativity, and make a real impact for our clients.**Essential Responsibilities:*** Serve as the primary receptionist, working closely with the administrative team to support daily business functions.* Answer and route incoming calls, including handling overflow and backflow calls as needed.* Assist customers in both English and Spanish by taking loss reports and gathering claim information over the phone.* Process claim-related documentation, including attaching and uploading documents into company systems.* Enter and maintain W-9 information accurately within the system.* Manage and process returned physical mail* Provide general administrative support and assist with miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned.**Qualifications:*** Must be Spanish bilingual with both written and verbal communication* Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.* Experience: 1+ years prior work experience with receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support preferred.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions professionally and efficiently.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.**Here’s a little bit about us:**Creative Risk Solutions is a leading provider of innovative risk management solutions.
