Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule: Shift: 0800-1630

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience preferred
- Strong Emergency Department skills
- IV Insertion skills required
- Cardiac skills required: Ability to obtain 12 Lead EKG, Tele Interpretation, Cardioversion/Defibrillation
- Airway skills preferred: Procedural Sedation, CPAP/BiPAP, Ventilators, Trach Care
- Experience with chemical dependency preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Perform assessments and interventions for a diverse patient population, focusing on stroke, STEMI, sepsis, respiratory and cardiac diseases, and orthopedic conditions.
- Maintain a fast-paced work environment while supporting team members and adapting to a high admission rate.
