Service Relationship Manager — On-Site Monday–Friday Location: Parsippany, NJ Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 base to start Our client, a broker-dealer in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a Service Relationship Manager to join their team and play a key role in helping two partners grow their Assets Under Management (AUM). This is a highly relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys working directly with retail investment clients, building strong connections, and taking ownership of client needs. What You’ll Do Proactively contact and speak with approximately 20 current clients each day Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term client relationships Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and support AUM growth Serve as a primary point of contact for client needs and questions Take ownership of client requests and work to resolve them efficiently Assist with service responsibilities, including new client onboarding Work closely with the partners and broader team to deliver a high level of client service What We’re Looking For Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required 2–3+ years of experience working with retail investment clients Strong verbal and written communication skills Outgoing, motivated, and highly engaged personality Comfortable proactively reaching out to clients every day Strong relationship-building and follow-through skills A genuine interest in helping clients and contributing to business growth Compensation & Growth $70,000–$90,000 starting compensation Significant opportunity for increased compensation based on the value you bring High performers can reasonably expect to be around $100,000 within a year or less This is an on-site, Monday–Friday opportunity in Parsippany, NJ for someone who wants to take ownership of client relationships while having a direct impact on the growth of the business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
