Love working with numbers and want to make an impact behind the scenes of a fantastic non-profit? We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team.

In this full-time, temp-to-hire position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth financial operations, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring accuracy across all AP processes. Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (required).

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience.

• Technical Skills: strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing & Check Runs: Handle end-to-end, timely invoice processing, match invoices with purchase orders, and facilitate weekly check runs.

• Vendor & Compliance Management: Maintain vendor records, assist with annual 1099 preparation, and strictly ensure compliance with prevailing wage rates.

• Financial Accuracy: Utilize Microsoft Excel and accounting software to maintain precise financial logs and documentation.
