Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify individual clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing for individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care to clients.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

Qualifications\n

• A relevant master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n
