Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, ensuring adaptations to meet each client's unique needs.

• Co-create therapeutic goals with clients and track their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer digital engagement, utilizing technology to improve accessibility and reach a broader audience who may face mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation that complies with ethical and regulatory standards, demonstrating our commitment to professionalism and accountability.

• Engage in regular professional development, participating in workshops, training, and supervision that enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a mental health therapist will involve working with a varied client demographic, including adults, youth, individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your expertise will directly contribute to helping clients navigate their challenges, enhancing their quality of life and personal growth within a safe and confidential environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) in the state of Kansas.

• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment, is essential.

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards in therapy practice is crucial.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team, fostering a cooperative and enriching work environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
