What You'll Do In this service‑focused role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for members, delivering exceptional support through phone, chat, email, and secure messaging. You will assist with account inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely solutions that help members achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include supporting account services such as debit cards, account updates, and mobile deposit verification, while ensuring accuracy and compliance in every interaction. You will also identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet members' needs, collaborate with team members to achieve service goals, and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance the overall member experience.
