This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients across different locations through telehealth services. We understand the importance of work-life balance; therefore, you will have full control over your schedule and caseload, with flexible hours ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients using the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), collaborating closely with psychiatric and psychological supervision to ensure the highest diagnostic accuracy.

• Provide a range of psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, focusing on evidence-based interventions tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver psychotherapy sessions, documenting client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health record system.

• Design and implement treatment plans based on individual client assessments, determining the most appropriate therapeutic interventions and levels of care.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and collaboratively developing treatment strategies to enhance overall client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, assessing urgent needs and coordinating care with other healthcare providers.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, honing clinical skills and keeping abreast of the latest therapeutic practices and approaches within the mental health field.

• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, organizational policies, and ethical guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as an LMFT or Psy.D in the state of Florida is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited university.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, preferably in a telehealth setting.

• Proven experience with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
