This is a fully remote position, embracing a dynamic telehealth model that allows our therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes. You will enjoy a structured yet flexible work schedule, operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. This unique setup eliminates the need for crisis calls, ensuring that our therapists can focus primarily on providing quality care during designated hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality teletherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based methods to enhance emotional and psychological well-being.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, ensuring clear documentation of clinical notes, treatment progress, and client interactions to maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents, covering a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice as an LMFT in the state of California.

• Two years of prior experience in providing direct therapeutic services in a clinical or medical environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in effective clinical skills, including the ability to stay organized and maintain an up-to-date calendar for client engagement.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in drafting detailed progress notes and facilitating group discussions.

• Experience with specific therapy techniques such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
