This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a combination of business savvy, robust business partnership skills, and rich knowledge of manufacturing operations process/master scheduling to support our ramp in business. There is never a dull moment with us.Responsibilities:Responsible for proactive master production schedule planning which aligns with factory capacity, material availability, customer expectation, and financial goalsPartner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, & Engineering to optimize our slot plan efficiency and reliability; be able to understand constraints/limitation and constantly provide strategic proposal to Operation executivesOutstanding presentation skill as this role requires to lead weekly GM meeting & Operations meetings to monitor the status of production and strategize for successLead cross-functional collaboration to ensure our business is positioned for long term successAll other duties as assignedQualifications:Degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 1-3 years of experience in Master Scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, or with relevant experience in Supply ChainHands on knowledge in SAP and Power BIProficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel, Tableau)Team player with a positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and analytical mindsetRelentless hustle: Willing go above and beyond to deliver resultsExcellent communication skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent summarized written and oral presentations with appropriate contextAble to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and cross functional teams, multi-task and drive actions to completion under deadlinesAble to work under limited supervision; previous coaching experience is preferredMinimum QualificationsMaster's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 yearsAbout KLAWe provide advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, process solutions, and computational analytics that make electronics possible, tackling complex challenges.
