As a member of our team, you will enjoy the convenience of providing therapy through a remote telehealth setting. Our service hours span from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, ensuring that you can support clients when they most need it. Additionally, our supportive administrative team will handle scheduling and client service inquiries, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best—delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for a variety of essential duties, including:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and tailor treatment approaches accordingly.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, ensuring each plan reflects the client’s specific needs and goals.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), aimed at helping clients process traumatic experiences effectively.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, where clients can safely express their emotions, develop coping strategies, and promote healing in a supportive environment.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for our clients.

• Providing crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Educating clients and their families on trauma responses and available coping mechanisms to empower them in their recovery journey.

Your role as an LPC will involve working primarily with individuals who are navigating the complexities of trauma and related disorders. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates are required to meet the following qualifications:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
