Here, your career feeds something meaningful for the planet, people, and generations to come. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you'll support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with company policies, and work closely with the Financial Controller and Commercial Managers. Key Responsibilities General administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, data entry and mailing Assist the Senior Accountant and Finance Director in day-to-day activities Assist in processing PRF’s (including trade payables, other payables and expense claims) Responsible for AR Collections Provide ad hoc accounting reports for internal stakeholders Assist in monthly and annual closing process Backup Logistics and Trade Operations in maintaining workflow Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails Liaise with the teams from the US and from Singapore to handle requests, queries and relay accurate information Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
