Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Parabilis Medicines is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to creating extraordinary medicines for patients with serious diseases by unlocking biologically important targets long considered undruggable. The company's lead investigational medicine, zolucatetide, is the first and only direct inhibitor of the ?-catenin:TCF interaction, a central node in the Wnt/?-catenin pathway that has eluded drug developers for decades. Zolucatetide is being evaluated in the clinic across multiple Wnt/?-catenin-driven diseases, including desmoid tumors, familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) and a range of other solid tumor indications. Beyond zolucatetide, Parabilis is advancing additional Helicon-based programs focused on other challenging targets where we believe our medicines could have life-altering impact.We are looking for an Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our Finance team and partner with leaders across the organization. Reporting to the SVP, Finance, this role will help lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across the company, with a focus on the systems, processes, and consolidated roll-ups that underpin the FP&A function. The Associate Director will translate business goals into actionable financial models, scenario analysis, and targeted resource allocation, and will serve as a trusted partner to functional stakeholders, including the Research and Clinical Development teams.Key Responsibilities:Serve as an FP&A business partner to functional leaders across the organization, providing financial insight to support decision-making and resource allocationParticipate in annual budget, long-range plan, and forecast cycles, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of data across functionsAssist with consolidated financial roll-ups and management reporting, including company-level budget vs. actual and forecast analysis for Finance and leadershipHelp to improve FP&A systems, tools, and models (e.g., planning and forecasting platforms, reporting templates), partnering with Accounting, IT, and other teams as neededAssist in the development and standardization of FP&A processes, calendars, and controls to improve efficiency, data integrity, and scalability as the company growsTrack risks and opportunities to the annual budget and reflect updates in the forecastBuild financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, and business development activitiesDeliver clear monthly and quarterly analysis and commentary to stakeholders, highlighting key drivers, variances, and actionsSupport cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc analyses as neededWhat you'll need to be successful:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance, including FP&A, with demonstrated experience participating in planning and forecasting cyclesPharmaceutical or biotech FP&A experience requiredExperience supporting R&D or Clinical Development strongly preferredExperience with FP&A systems and processes (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, or similar) and building consolidated reportingStrong Excel and financial modeling skillsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to partner with and influence stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated ability to utilize AI tools for day-to-day work; baseline proficiency is expected, and advanced or innovative use of AI is a strong plusCore Values:Growth-Minded.
