Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP licensure in California (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Prior experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings strongly preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes and experience with individualized student planning
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to varying student needs and work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group formats
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and progress updates as required
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and professional best practices
