As a Floating Sales and Service Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for customers who count on friendly service, everyday banking support, and financial solutions that fit their lives.

In this position you will float between the following locations: Blue Bell, Chalfont, Collegeville, Doylestown, Lansdale, Line Lexington, Montgomeryville, Skippack, Vernfield, and West Lawn. Mileage reimbursement is included.

What Your Days Might Look Like

• Build relationships with customers and help with their day-to-day banking needs
• Handle teller transactions accurately, efficiently, and with care
• Recommend products and services that truly fit each customer's goals
• Support the branch through teamwork, outreach, and excellent service
• Stay current on training, policies, and compliance requirements

A Little About You

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service and sales, ideally in banking, retail, or a similar environment
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
• Comfort with everyday technology and Microsoft Office
• A team-first attitude and a genuine desire to help people

Wage Range:

The salary for this position begins at $23.00/hr
