Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Renewed Purpose Social Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: You will lead and guide group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to connect with one another while facilitating discussions that promote understanding and healing.

• Providing Individual Therapy: You will offer personalized counseling sessions, helping clients to explore and understand their emotions, develop coping strategies, and create actionable plans for personal growth.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborating with clients, you will develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual needs, goals, and preferences. This includes regular reassessment to ensure the plans remain relevant and effective.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilizing assessment tools and client feedback, you will track and evaluate the progress of your clients, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: You will work closely with psychologists, social workers, and other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to address complex cases effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are engaged in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces unique transitional challenges related to mental health and emotional well-being. Your role will center on providing evidence-based and holistic treatments tailored to their individual experiences, contributing positively to their journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid LPC license.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
