Locum Physician - Neurology

**Provider Coverage Needed:

**

We are seeking a qualified provider for the following coverage period: from **Monday, December 14, 2026 (7 AM)** to **Monday, December 21, 2026 (7 AM)**. Preference will be given to candidates who can also cover additional future dates:

- **March 8 – 15, 2027** - **May 31 – June 7, 2027** - **July – December 2027** (exact dates to be determined)

**Candidate Qualifications:**

 **Licensing:** Must hold an active Indiana State License, with Board Certified or Board Eligible status (certification should be obtained within 5 years post-residency).

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in the relevant specialty preferred.

- **Vaccination Requirements:** - **Influenza:** Proof of flu vaccination required, with allowance for medical or religious exemptions.

- **COVID-19:** Vaccination required or appropriate medical/religious exemption must be provided.

**Specialized Skill Set Requirements**

- **Thrombolytic Therapy for Stroke:** Required

- **Electroencephalogram (EEG):** Required

- **Electromyogram (EMG):** Required

- **Spinal/Paraspinal/Epidural Blocks:** Required

- **Brain Death Examination:** Required

- **Lumbar Puncture:** Required

- **Subdural Taps:** Required
