Akelius acquiert, amliore et gre des immeubles rsidentiels. Nous avons des appartements locatifs dans les villes mtropolitaines de New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Austin, Montral, Qubec, Toronto, Ottawa, Londres et Paris. Nous recherchons une personne oriente vers le service la clientle pour travailler en tant que reprsentant du centre de service pour notre bureau situ dans le Vieux-Port de Montral.
Exigences :
- Excellentes aptitudes la communication orale et crite en anglais pour communiquer par tlphone et par crit avec notre clientle partout au Canada et aux tats-Unis. La matrise de l'espagnol est un atout.
- tudes post-secondaires termines
- 2 ans d'exprience en service la clientle tlphonique
- Exprience en centre d'appels (un atout)
- Empathie, orientation envers la rsolution de problmes, organisation et capacit d'effectuer plusieurs tches la fois
- Esprit d'quipe
Responsabilits :
- Rpondre aux appels tlphoniques des rsidents (locataires) et aux courriels de manire courtoise et rapide
- Saisir les ordres de travail des rsidents avec des informations dtailles
- Transmettre les ordres de travail au personnel des installations et la direction de l'immeuble
- Assurer le suivi de l'excution des ordres de travail
- Participer aux rappels de loyer
- Respect de tous les paramtres du centre de services de l'entreprise
- Participer une communication ouverte avec l'quipe du centre de services et la direction en vue d'amliorations, de suggestions et d'apports.
- Autres tches telles qu'assignes
