Geographic Sales Leader

Position Overview Brown & Brown is seeking a Property & Casualty Geographic Sales Leader to drive sales volume and profitability within a dedicated geography and line of business segment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sustainable organic growth plan focusing on financial results, new business, customer retention, and talent acquisition. Set, monitor, and align sales goals and objectives with national and regional strategies. Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve revenue growth. Partner with national, market, and local leadership to assess recruitment needs and develop strategies to retain top talent. Create and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates in collaboration with the talent acquisition team. Identify opportunities and develop strategies for geographic growth, including new business sourcing, acquisitions, community outreach, carrier partnerships, and industry networking. Evaluate sales teammates’ proficiency in sales techniques, coverage knowledge, company capabilities, carrier products, and technology. Design and implement learning programs, provide direction, and set measurable goals to drive performance. Analyze performance data, prepare periodic reports, and initiate actions to achieve goals. Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to optimize products and services. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of combined progressive sales and leadership experience. Strong technical knowledge of product lines in Property & Casualty coverage. Valid Producer Insurance license in good standing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. College degree preferred in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or related field. Compensation Competitive base salary ranging from $170,000 to $180,000, with a performance‑based incentive structure and additional earnings tied to growth, revenue, and leadership objectives.
