Contracts Manager

Mission Multiplier is looking for a Contracts Manager to support our IDIQ contract and related task orders for the U.S. Army. This position is contingent upon award of contract. Job Responsibilities: Manage and administer IDIQ and task orders. Monitor contract requirements, terms, conditions, deliverables, and compliance obligations. Serve as a primary point of contact for contractual matters with government contracting personnel. Coordinate contract modifications, amendments, extensions, options, and other contract actions. Review solicitations, contracts, task orders, and modifications for contractual and business requirements. Support preparation and submission of proposals, quotes, pricing information, and other contractual responses. Track contract milestones, periods of performance, funding, ceilings, and option periods. Maintain contract files and ensure required documentation is complete and properly maintained. Monitor subcontractor and vendor contractual requirements, as applicable. Identify potential contractual risks, compliance issues, and required actions and coordinate resolution. Support contract closeout activities and ensure completion of outstanding contractual obligations. Provide guidance to internal personnel regarding contract terms, requirements, and applicable government contracting procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience, including management experience. B.S. degree in Contracts or Business, or related field, from an accredited university or college. Currently possesses, or has the ability to obtain and maintain, a U.S. DoD Secret clearance. None
